Delivery

 

Deliveries within the UK

 

There is a fixed post and packing charge of £3.75 for all orders up to £45 in the UK (unless otherwise stated). If you require special delivery then this will be charged at cost + a £1 packing fee.  For all orders over £45, delivery is free of charge in the UK.

 

 

Deliveries outside the UK

 

We are happy to post your purchase outside the UK.

There is a fixed post and packing charge of £5.50 for all orders up to £45 to mainland Europe (unless otherwise stated). If you require special delivery then this will be charged at cost + a £1 packing fee.

For all orders over £55 to mainland Europe, delivery is free of charge.

Delivery Schedule

 

For all items in stock we will normally send out to you within 48 hours. For items that are out of stock or specially ordered items we will inform you of the availability/delivery date, this will normally be approx 7-10 days from the date of ordering but will depend on the item ordered (e.g. Alpaca socks will be 5-7 days, hand knitted items 10-12 days).

 

If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days please contact us.

 

Returns Policy

 

We are happy to offer you a full refund if you return your goods within 7 working days (your item must arrive with us on the 7th day after day of posting- we inform you of the delivery despatch day by email) on condition that you have informed us by email that you will be returning the item and the reasons for its return, prior to sending it to us. This latter aspect (reasons for return) is very important so we can continually improve our sevice to customers. Note, all goods should be returned in the same condition as they originally arrived to you.

 

If the returned product is received later than 7 working days after day of posting there will only be a partial refund at the discretion of Yew Tree Alpacas.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of damage when returning items to us.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault e.g in the case of faulty items.
