Deliveries within the UK
Our set delivery charge for deliveries in the UK is second class and is £4.50 for orders up to the value of £75. Orders above £75 are free of charge unless otherwise stated. Click here to view delivery prices for pillow products. If you would like your parcel sent 1st class you can select an option to add £1.00 to the delivery charge.
For all items in stock we will normally send out to you within 3 days , usually day 1 or 2 after receiving your order. For items that are out of stock or specially ordered items we will inform you of the availability/delivery date, this will normally be approx. 10-14 days from the date of ordering but will depend on the item ordered.
If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days please contact us.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We are happy to offer you a full refund if you return your goods within 7 working days (your item must arrive with us on the 7th day after day of posting- we inform you of the delivery despatch day by email) on condition that you have previously informed us by email that you will be returning the item and the reasons for its return, prior to sending it to us. This latter aspect (reasons for return) is very important so we can continually improve our service to customers. Note, all goods should be returned in the same condition as they originally arrived to you.
If the returned product is received later than 7 working days after day of posting there will only be a partial refund at the discretion of Yew Tree Alpacas (assuming you have informed us within the 7 day period). No refunds after 7 days.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of damage when returning items to us.
Exchange of items
Exchange of items is possible within 14 days from sending of your product. The product must be returned in unworn or unused condition by the 14th day after sending the product. You will be given a voucher code to buy your preferred product online minus £5 admin cost. After 14 days exchange of items is not possible.
This cancellation/exchange policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault e.g. in the case of faulty items.
