Delivery

Our set delivery charge for deliveries in the UK is £4.50 for second class and £5.50 for first class for orders up to the value of £75. Orders above £75 are free of charge unless otherwise stated. Credit Card Security

When you place an order you will be directed to payment by debit/credit card or PayPal to make your payment. If paying by credit card we do not have access to your credit card number.

Colours and sizes

Every effort has been made to give as much information on size of products in our product description in addition to an indication of general size category Small/Medium/Large or Extra Large. These are to a certain extent subjective as particularly for knitted products as the items are hand knitted and thus different knitters knit at different tensions we cannot therefore guarantee the specific sizes. Please take this into account when ordering. If the product does not fit correctly then please return it within the 7 days return time.

Every effort has been made to photograph products to show the true colours of our products. However variations can occur as different screen resolutions can make them appear darker or lighter than the true product. We cannot therefore guarantee the colours of each product will be exactly the same as seen on your screen.
