  • Valid for any alpaca activities e.g. walking or adventures or husbandry courses
  • Valid on all our alpaca products
  • Each voucher is valid for one transaction only
  • Must be redeemed online via the Yew Tree online shop or in our Yew Tree Alpaca shop (when open, this is mainly when activities are taking place and just before Christmas)
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • If the full value is not redeemed there is no refund
  • If you buy multiple vouchers, up to three vouchers can be redeemed together in one transaction. If you have additional vouchers they cannot be added to the main transaction
  • To redeem: type the voucher code in the promocode box in the basket at checkout.
  • If redeeming two or three vouchers in a single transaction you type in the voucher code and press SAVE then type in the second and third voucher codes clicking SAVE after each entry. The system should then take off the total value of the vouchers from the purchase
  • If purchasing an activity, the expiry date shown on this voucher refers to latest date you can book. You can do the alpaca activity after the expiry date, but the voucher cannot be redeemed after this date.
  • Note voucher expiry dates will not be extended in any circumstances if you contact us after the expiry date. If you contact before the voucher expiry date then they may be extended at Yew Tree’s discretion.
  • The voucher must be redeemed by 30th September 2026.

 

Walking Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

 

 

  • The Walking Gift Vouchers are only valid for the Walk Experience valued £48 and £85. They cannot be used for the Alpaca Stroll but if you would like to use them for a stroll please call us we may be able to sort this for you.
  • They are valid for one transaction only and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Must be redeemed online via the online shop on the website.
  • If the full value is not redeemed there is no refund.
  • The expiry date shown on the voucher refers to the latest date you can book. You can do the activity after the expiry date but the voucher cannot be redeemed after this date.
