Description

 

We will be serving delicious afternoon /cream teas on selected dates from June to September 2026.

 

Enjoy lovely the lovely countryside views from the garden at Yew Tree Cottage,  Anstey with the alpacas grazing close by. The Yew Tree shop and Yarn Barn will be open for a some retail therapy or a chance to buy that last minute present.

 

Cream Tea with the alpacas- what's included…

  • Warm home made scone, clotted cream and raspberry jam
  • Your choice of home made cake (choice of 3-4 different cakes) 
  • Pot of tea or coffee of tea & unlimited refills
  • Lovely location, views over the Hertfordshire countryside next to grazing alpacas

£11.50 per person 

 

Afternoon Tea with the alpacas- what's included…

  • A round of sandwiches with salad and bag of kettle crisps, (choice of 4/5 fillings choose a few days prior)
  • A warm home made scone, clotted cream and raspberry jam
  • A piece of Homemade cake (choice of sponge cake or fruit tea bread given on day)
  • Pot of tea or coffee of tea & unlimited refills
  • Lovely location views over the Hertfordshire countryside next to grazing alpacas

£20.50 per person 

 

If you wish to bring a child from 5-15yrs who doesn't require the cream tea, then there is a charge of £8 per child (incl squash & bag of crisps) with a maximum of 2 per order.  Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring a child under 5 years old

 

You can book up to 24hrs before. We apologise but cannot take bookings on the day.

 

Terms & Conditions

There are no refunds within 24hrs of your booking. However if you would like to change the date to another of the tea dates in 2026 this is possible up to 24hrs before for the cost of £5 per booking
