Whilst many of us were devouring chocolate eggs and seeing family and friends over the Easter weekend we were also battling the stormy British weather. Unfortunately our March Alpaca Adventure which was due to take place on the 28th March had to be postponed due to the heavy rainfall and high winds which left our paddocks waterlogged. We are pleased to announce that the next Alpaca Adventure will take place on Sunday 24th April and there are still spaces left!
Our April adventurers will learn all about the alpaca breed and the Yew Tree herd, they will also have the chance to get up close and personal to our alpacas to feel their soft fleeces and feed them carrot treats. The day will also include an afternoon tea of homemade cakes and they will have the chance to purchase Yew Tree products made from alpaca fleece and gifts which feature photos of our herd as a souvenir to remember the day.
This will be the third Alpaca Adventure Yew Tree have held and all previous participants have thoroughly enjoyed the day, they have learnt lots of fun facts and they have especially enjoyed being able to feel first-hand how cuddly our alpacas really are!
We only have 5 spaces left so click here to secure your place on our next Alpaca Adventure on the 24th April
We look forward to seeing all of our Adventurers in a couple of weeks’ time and don't forget to alpaca umbrella just in case!
